Our thanks to the entire Meliá Cayo Coco team for the excellent vacations they offered us. How good we feel... It's good that we finally decided for this wonderful hotel when we were reviewing the comments on the social forums. This is such a clean facility, so well maintained, but most of all with great staff. They are always smiling, they treat you with respect, they care of you, they are always concerning that you are having a good time. The food is honestly very good, both in quality and variety, at least for us. Acceptable drink deals, good activities. They have a beach that is a spectacle of beauty. Our greetings to all. We hope to return.

It has been so very nice to have stayed in this hotel. Everyone is so loving with visitors that you feel super welcome. This is a quiet, adults-only hotel, with a design that makes everything close. It is incredible how they can maintain the hotel with such careful cleaning, everything well maintained, of course without denying that the rooms are aged, but really with a good atmosphere and comfort. There are many comments about the food, but I must honestly say that it was not a problem for us, We always found something to our liking and we were never hungry, perhaps for clients with dietary restrictions or who are very demanding the offer is not the best, but they really do the best they can taking into account the problems with the supply chains they have to face. We send our recognition to all workers for their excellent performance. We wish we could return in the future. Greetings for Gippsy and Prince, they were very helpful with our requests.

I had a great stay and would like to thank all staff for being so helpfull and kind. Rooms are very clean, lots of activities to do from snorkelling and dancing. We can't complin about the food, always foud somethig delicious to eat. The hotel is very clean and with a very nice atmosphere. We want to recognize the dedicate wark of reception and sales deopartment. Thank you Melia Cayo coco for this wonderful vacations!

Thank you, Melia, for the most amazing week. Fantastic weather, and amazing people. What more could you want? We arrived late in the evening and everything was perfect! We had requested an oceanview room and it was all set and ready to go. No matter how big or how small your request is, everyone is there to help. Fantastic service at the bars with bartenders always willing to go the extra mile and create something fun for you. The grounds are meticulously maintained and the gardeners are friendly and smiley. The one thing I realized is you just have to ask... if it is at all possible, they will make it happen. Thank you to Gypsy and Prince who went out of their way to help us. Food was pretty good, but no tequila, bacon, juice (some days). No big deal. We don't go away for the menu. Poutine and schnitzel by the pool was heavenly and the lunch by the beach was always fresh and delicious. Best rum punch is at the Beach Bar (thank you Jesus). We found if you spend enough time at all the different spots around the resort you will find people have their specialties. We've never been ones to repeat a resort, but Melia is special and we will be returning in March. See you all soon and thank you!!

We have loved our holidays in this hotel. A group of friends arrived a few days ago and we are having a great time. We do not believe that there is a better hotel in the area of Cayo Coco than this one, we even consider that it is one of the best in Cuba. We have been fortunate because we have been able to visit several hotels, and truly the superiority of this resort is evident, and it is superior in everything, in the services, activities, cleanliness and general environment, the food wow!, super good and varied in these times, but they are the best of the best in terms of staff treatment. We take off our hats. Thank you all very much for the excellent work.
