First time in Cuba and was very scared from all the previous reviews I heard. Food was good, outstanding hospitality by every single server and entertainer, hotel room was great, comfortable and most importantly clean.

I was lucky enough to pick Melia Cayo Coco for our trip end of January and beginning of February.. Absolutely loved the choice.. Sooo clean and friendly accommodating staff. Loved that it's not a party place.. Been there, did that! I will be going again as a single in November. I feel very safe coming back alone next time. Marco the manager keeps things running very smooth.. Some of the other resorts at Cayo Coco are waay to big and just terrible. Not sure who the boss of those places are... Probably would never see them. Anyway, hopefully November 1st I will be back if prices are not crazy.. I am looking forward already... Wendy
