Just got back this week .food was great drinks where great . Had a real good time staff are amazing so friendly ... caint wait to return and have a good time. Lobbie music and drink with victor are just amazing dont be afraid to try some good victor speacial . Dont be she to talk with staff they are very friendly lizz at service ????????just amazing people

Just got back last night from an another amazing vacation at the Valentin.. This being our 3rd time there. We had the most amazing week. Food was great, honestly better than any other time I was in cuba. Tbone steaks, steamed muscles, general tao chicken, bonelesschicken/steaks on the grill, rice, mashed potatoes,salads,breads,cheeses... lots to choose from. The grill on the beach has super good pork burgers too!! Are there little things that are not perfect ? Maybe, but if you are the type to have a bad vacation over a day without fries, running out of vodka for a day or running out of hot water for a few hours.. then maybe choose another country to visit. This is Cuba.These people are so amazing and go above and beyond for their guests. Victor makes amazing drinks at the lobby bar, ask for a Victor special and I promise you won't be dissapointed. One of my favorite drinks was the frozen lemonade with rum and grenadine, try it. Yamilet Brito is your girl for amazing customer service, she made sure our stay was one to remember!!! Lizz Daniela Calero Rodriguez is also the sweetest and will greet you with the warmest smile. Beach on the farthest left hand side is the beach without rocks and endless white sands, that is where the entertainement is. The right side of the beach is more rocky and more quiet for those who rather relax. Theres a beach party on Wednesday nights and Disco nights almost every night. Bring bugspray for night time as the sand fleas tend to make an appearance if it rains during the day. As for gifts, they appreciate clothing [ black pants/white or beige blouses/shoes ] , coloring books and kids toys, medications, prescription glasses/sunglasses, hygene products.. If you are like me and love animals, you can bring catfood/treats as there are a few resort cats. Food selection at the buffet was very good. We tried the al la cartes but opted for the dining room for the selection. As with most buffets, food was warm, seldom hot. I used the microwave. Enjoyed the beach bar options for lunch. Please fix your toaster, 4 x round and still not toasted. I loved the talent of the musicians in the lobby but for my ears, the volume was too loud to enjoy even from the Tea Bar area. Maybe have a quiet night a few times a week? Shout out to Mily and her partner for keeping the room clean. Dining staff Osdanny, Michel, Rosmary and Douglas. Everyone was very pleasant and friendly. Took 3 nights to get moved to a room with a king bed. Best part of my vacation was the delivery of a suitcase full of medical supplies from Not Just Tourists. Easy to do, the gratitude of the staff and especially Dr. Alex and Nurse Katarina was overwhelming. Dr. Alex delivered the supplies to the very grateful staff at the Cancer Hospital in Santa Clara.

A fantastic week ! Our ten times at the Valentin meeting again with so many great people, Everything was outstanding ! A big thank you to everyone Luis, Maria Evelin, Emelite in management and customer service. But a special thank you to all of the people working daily with all of us the Valentin's guests: Mouusa at the buffet, Felix Joel Rayne as bellman and cart drivers, Victor, Yari and all of them at the Lobby bar, Michel as a friend for over 8 years in the restaurant, David , Adaisy and all of their coworkers at the snack bar and bar at the Relax pool area and so many more making aour stay extraordinary...Sara, Dunia, Danirica,Tayri, Samy and my apologies not remembering the names of all they other persons that made the difference to making our vacation very special. And our maid that wanted us to call her G, working in bungalow 32 on the 3rd floor. She did an outstanding cleaning job all week long. Jus looking forward to going back to the Valentin ASAP Thank you, thank you and thank you all of you again !

It’s a pleasure to do a review for this wonderful hotel. Ise and Carlos We been in Valentine perla blanca in 2016 and January 2023. Let me tell you something like always we have a wonderful experience in this hotel. I m so glad to mention the hard work all the staff doing to try make to all the people feel happy. Wonderful beaches. There are three Náutica bar Ricardo is a very nice guy, Ecologic bar always have a delicious pork paella and bbq ribs amazing chef Jose, And the third beach where they have bar and bbq too hamburgers and hot dogs etc. in this last one on Wednesday they do a night party. We meet Dorlan always helping us with chairs in the beach. And Rodney one of the garden s guy always bring to us agua de ?? yummy. My room 3170 amazing beach view and pool view. Beds very comfortable in my opinion the unique Thing for next time I m going to ask for more pillows. Excellent job make the lady in my room, always beautiful and clean. The restaurant a la cart, food for me it’s ok, excellent attention from the personal. Buffet is very good. I heard some people complain about the food but let me tell you something for the price we pay it’s good cause is Cuba. They do the best with there resources that they have. That I say to this people: is going to Mexico Aruba etc etc and expend 2000 or more for the trip, maybe there can find the food they want it. We came Cuba cayos cause is nice and cheaper. Thank you so much Felix and the capitán bar and he’s brother Ariel, thanks Carlos from the gim, Ricardo from the beach bar, Alejandro. Victor. Yoel from the lobby bar, all the girls from the corner tea (Keyni, Aileny, Yaidi, Jaidi, and earli, and team from the snack bar Raynier, the new receptionist yaneris, Gustavo and Littery and all the people from reception thank you. So many names to remember. Thanks the younger from customer service my dear Lizz. Thanks to all the guys From entertainment, The tall guys they are amazing specially Jose. And we meet the manager Mr Luis Avila he is a great person. And please be polite and show respect for all the stuff. And sometimes use the word thanks and please it’s easy. That will be nice ?? And bring some Canadian tips just in bill money. ??
