From day 1 till day 7 it was a disaster! I definitely do not recommend this hotel to anyone except you like molt in the room, rats running around and bartender who are rude and even don’t know simply cocktails! The rooms are with molt I read it in the reviews but I didn’t thought it was not that bad till i experienced it myself! It is dangerous for the health of your guests but who cares?!?!? Definitely not the management! On 2 evenings we saw rats running around the buffet!! We try to order in certain bars drinks in some they don’t know how to make drinks or you need to wait a long time that the staff finishes to talk so that they can take your order! We even didn’t saw 1 staff from any of the bars who were nice and smiling agains the guest! All of them were not interested, rude and definitely not professional in their job! So if you want to feel less just go to the bars and talk 1-2 minutes with the staff they will make sure that you fell you are not welcomed!

I travel often, and usually am very fair with my reviews or wouldn’t write one at all but this hotel needed to be rated. Our aged range was 33-42. I was very disappointing, considering the hotel carried a Hilton brand name. Pros- -room service cleaning was decent. -The hotel called taxis quickly and efficiently. -The lady serving the drinks at upon entry to The hotel was awesome and nice. -The pool was clean and had great temperature. -the beach sand was cool smooth and clean. -the buffet cakes were delicious and there was delicious spicy sauce. Cons- -I have never felt so unwelcomed at a hotel, the staff was unfriendly, uninterested, and just rude at times, even a good morning seemed difficult with the exception of a few. -there was minimal entertainment at night we travelled Sunday-Thursday, there was very little to do. We had no HOT water for 2 days! Called down and the staff told us that they will check the boiler. -the food was not good, with the exception of one night, Thursday the food had a little flavor. The Omelette station was the best part of breakfast, the servers helped with nothing, No drinks no tea/coffee everything was self serve. Even the utensils most days. The snack bar was ??????? I could not understand why we were subjected to lifting hot pot covers, guessing what food was what as nothing had labels at the snack bar. The food itself was pre cooked and just sitting. Nothing fresh, except the pizza at times. -we booked an excursion, the city tour, and the tour guide did not allow us to come out of the car to take pictures as explained by tour guide. He showed us everything thru the window, when we complained they told us that he can take us now after an entire day in the vehicle. -there was no adult pool area and the pool closed at 7pm, the hotel has 4 pools one should be adult only for guest who travel without children and want to enjoy some pool time. -Did I say the customer service was terrible… Even at check out, They didn’t ask how our stay was, didn’t cut off our wrist bands, nothing. Not welcoming or made you feel sad to leave. It was all so weird! There was so much to complain about, however these were the most important we thought.
