Day pass

Vanurse05 (Indianapolis, Indiana) on Jul 04, 2022

Had a day pass here on a day our Royal ship was in port in Curaçao. Hardly anyone there and beach and pool to ourselves. Beautiful grounds and pool. Well worth the money! Paid for day pass in full when I booked, plus received $65 in food and drink credits per person. Short ride from port and transportation included.

Poolside Restaurant

solaa306 on Jul 03, 2022

We had the pleasure of meeting Chef Bryan at the Marriott Beach Resort in Curaçao whose presence left a lasting impression and made a big difference in making our trip special. Here’s a guy who puts both skill and love into what he prepares. We first met him because we were impressed with the house made hot sauce. We learned that he brings his own peppers that his Grandma has been growing for decades. There are people who cook to make others happy and Chef Bryan is one of them. We enjoyed several of the items offered on their standard afternoon poolside menu, but noticed that something was much different than what you typically see with poolside fare. We asked a lot of questions about local cuisine and he actually offered to cook local specialities off menu for us for our last night. One of the best meals of our trip, and the one that made Curaçao the most memorable. Please consider paying Chef Bryan a visit and don’t be surprised if he surprises you! Thanks again Chef!

A wonderful stay!

Taneisha19 (Charlotte, North Carolina) on Jun 23, 2022

We stayed in the partial ocean room that faced the adult pool. The room was very clean and comfortable. Everyone is friendly, accommodating, and helpful. We had a great stay there. There’s a cool vibe and good food in the lobby bar at night. Plenty of seating and good conversation with other adults. The sushi is so good. We swam in the pool at night and it was so beautiful with the clear night sky, foliage, and pool lights. The resort never felt crowded and it’s closer to the beaches on the west side of the island and they are beautiful. Rent a car and explore.

Best vacation ever in dream resort

ilonaa730 (Paris, France) on Jun 13, 2022

Stayed in June 2022 in this resort. The most beautiful one I ever saw. The service was excellent and beyond what you can epect. We had a problem with a room (noise from airco on roof) and asked for another option. The same day we were given 2 options and that room was even more luxurious than the previous one. Also, the different restaurants on site were top notch! Excellent food. Breakfast was a joy, every day again. I can recommend this resort to everyone who visits Curacao. I will treasure these memories for years to come.

Beautiful property with spectacular gardens and on-site dive shop

anthonyoY830TB (Middletown, Connecticut) on May 31, 2022

As Marriott Bonvoy members and SCUBA divers, my wife and I chose this resort for our first visit to Curacao mainly because it offered an on-site dive operation. The convenience could not be beat. What surprised us was just how beautiful this resort was. It's right on a gorgeous stretch of beach that couldn't be cleaner, and the lush, fragrant gardens were just as spectacular. We were given a terrific third floor oceanview room with balcony that was spotlessly clean, with plenty of storage space for our gear. Adapters for the 220 voltage outlets were provided without a fee by the front desk, but keep in mind they don't convert to 110, so your devices need to be compatible with a 110-220 range. The front desk was also kind enough to arrange our airport transfers by taxi both ways (it's about a 20 minute trip, and was $30 each way without tip). There were plenty of on-site restaurant options, and service at all was very warm and friendly. The breakfast buffet at Cspice, an included benefit given our Bonvoy status, had a generous variety of options, and lunch outside at the Salty Iguana certainly hit the spot after a morning spend scuba diving. Dinner at Zala Lounge in the Great Room was always relaxed and a fine ending to a busy day. Last but not least, the excellent coffee at Papiamentu Market Place sustained us each afternoon. All in all, we would absolutely stay here again, and wholeheartedly recommend visiting.
