I've stayed at some ultra fancy hotels in my life. This may not be one of them...but, the person who work here have been amazing! Serg and Emily at the front desk made me feel special the moment I came in. They had great suggestions about restaurants and even called around for me to help with a booking I had made prior to my arrival. The rooms are clean and spacious. The air conditioning works really good. The organic breakfast in the morning was delicious! And the waitress was very nice! My only suggestions would be to open the breakfast earlier. 8am is a little late for people on the go. The 2nd suggestion would be to have the doors leading to the outside unlock with your card. In the morning you have to walk all the way back to the lobby. Which, if you are carrying something like luggage can be a hassle. But I would definitely recommend and still come back.

Check in was good, staff friendly. Parking is limited. Hotel room appeared to be clean but upon checking found an eye mask on the floor….makes you wonder how well they clean? Sheets had some minor stains but white sheets are hard to get clean, I get that. Another weird thing is on the balcony they have a light that you can’t turn off in you room? what? So if i don’t want to use the black out blinds (i get claustrophobic so I need to see outside) I have to have this light blaring in my room for ‘safety reasons’. and it’s regulated? I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels…never before have I heard that one. Not to mention the 1000++ bugs that it attracted to my balcony! I guess I won’t enjoy sitting outside at dusk to enjoy the warm evenings. Very disappointed.
