The rooms need updating. The rugs were very old looking. The cleaning service came very late. The towel people at the pool did not want to give out towels. They said one per person and were reluctant to give out more than one. The pool was nice and quick walk to the beach. The food next door at the next hotel was better than the restaurant here.

I love the location of this hotel. You can enjoy the swiming pool and then take just a few steps to walk on the beach and enjoy a nice swim in the sea. I thought the drinks and food was pricey but maybe it's the price in all the other hotels with the same stars. We had a good stay and the kids had a lot of fun.

Front Desk Service suck! Especially Barry and the manager Jamie. We had issues with the Wi-Fi connection and both of them were very unhelpful and rude. I would definitely not recommend. They have this process where the Wi-Fi password changes every 24 hours. We had to get 4 different passwords and even then it didn’t work. We eventually had to use our hotspot.

One plus: the hotel is located at the beach. Two big issues: extra $20+tax for parking and extra charge for beach chairs ($15 plus $15 for cushions!!). Tiki bar in a hotel not recommended: very expensive and food is not good. Hotel stuff friendly and professional, same waitress at the tiki restaurant (Natasha was very nice). Overall: we would not recommend this hotel.

Please note the pictures on the website are not accurate. The place is outdated and hasn’t been touch since the 80’s. The pool area is small and the lounge chairs are on top of each other so no privacy. If you want to lounge at the beach there’s a charge for that! Overall just ok, but not worth the money.
