The staff at The Westin is amazing! Tashelle at the front desk is super friendly and took the time to explain everything. Carla at the Wave went above and beyond to make sure we always had a drink in hand. Justin at the pool made sure we always had a towel and umbrella. Marla, Jared, Marco, Yilsa at Lona are great!! Booking another trip there in a few months simply because the staff is that great!
Amazing customer service, but room was dirty.

I travel almost every month all over the world including states in USA and I have seen many hotels in my life. I was really surprised that this type of hotel had room that dirty. This was my second room and I did not want to change it again. I am Marriot Bonvoy Gold Elite status member and maybe that’s why I received amazing customer service, but either way, this customer service was 10. Trishal was amazing! However, the first room smelled like it was full of chlorine and my eyes started watering when I walked in, so I asked to change it. It was above pool. Second room looked nice, except mold spot in the bathroom and alarm clock was discussing with yellow stains on it. My socks and socks of my son got super dirty within 20 minutes walking on the floor as well. That tells me that floors never get washed. Also, not once I saw cleaning lady in hallway with mop.
They have replaced my alarm clock, painted over the mold and provided sleepers. Still I was just surprised that this level of hotel will have dirty rooms like that.
