A great hotel on the edge of downtown

Our room was large, clean, bright and comfortable. We had a view of the rood top but in return, we enjoyed the quiet (except for loud music from a nearby pub). Breakfast was great, especially the chocolate chip cookies! Parking is $25/night + tax. Many attractions are close by, including the Citadel, Public Gardens & waterfront.

Okay hotel. Location excellent. Front desk staff very pleasant and helpful. No trouble parking ( website and previous reviews mentioned issues with finding spots). Lovely rooftop deck. two washers and dryers appreciated. Room could have been cleaner. AC has issues. Rooms needs some TLC Breakfast choices decent but could be better managed. When it got crowded food was slow to be replenished. They should know how full the hotel is and be better prepared to handle the breakfast rush. Perhaps more help needed in the kitchen? Overall not a bad value for the area, especially if you want a small kitchen in your room.
