Beautiful resort, New and spotless.. the rooms are impressive our cleaning staff Anyelina was so helpful and was always available if we needed her. She kept our room and floor spotless. We paid for Oceanview and we sure had it. The food was top quality. We were at the airport we spoke to people who were at other resorts they were missing so many things ( chicken, cheese, butter and bread) we had it all in . Including lots of seafood. The Lobby bar was amazing. Norje from the floor manager was so good and making sure everything was perfect. All the staff were helpful and smiling. I can not saying enough . We have been to this area too many times to count. Club Amigo will always feel like home but this resort is just pristine

Beautiful resort. New and spotless. Rooms are modern and very comfortable. We were in a standard room on the 2nd floor of building #3. Buffet is really good with lots of variety. There are some things that are there one day and not the next. We brought our own ketchup and hot sauce and are glad we did.Some imported alcohol comes and goes too. Tanqueray gin was available for a few days and then it wasn't. Tonic water came and went as well. Wifi worked well throughout the resort. The beach is spectacular and you can snorkel right in front of the resort. The staff is amazing and work very hard. The Cuban people are humble and appreciative. Japanese and Seafood restaurants were our favorite. Great family resort. We will definitely be back. Daniel the lifeguard and Yoandra in the evening buffet were exceptional. #1 staff in Cuba. Cuba day with beautiful pork roast was outstanding. We have been to Cuba many many times and this trip is right at the top. As the resort gets busier more staff will be needed and it was good to see many with Trainee name tags getting ready for that. Keep up the good work Grand Muthu Alimirante.
