First of all, one needs to learn about CONDOHOTEL arrangement. You may not able with the Hotel itself, you might get assigned a privately held room. If it's later, you are doomed. My bathroom was flooded and it had a sewer overflow. The hotel personnel dropped the ball and they asked me to connect with the owner. There are no representatives from owners on the site. You have to keep calling a 1800 number and hope to get hold of someone from LSI or ALL resorts. My bags and shoes got ruined because of this flood, I haven't received any compensation for this f*ck up. Do not book this hotel using tripadvisor or expedia.

Local couple celebrating our wedding day at AlaMoana Hotel gifted to us by my Mom. From the reservations team, Valet crew, bell stand, front desk, Cafe ‘410, Pint and Jigger, The Signature Steak restaurant, and House keeping; everyone here has been extraordinary and professional. It is apparent that the Aloha spirit is definitely alive here! I didn't realize Ala Moana Hotel is Hawaiian local top notch, until our visit during our surprise Honeymoon. Special thank you to IwaLANI, Genesis, Jean and their managers, for working their magic in helping us find the perfect upgraded room and extended stay without having to go hang out in the parking lot for a few hours while our room would become available. I’m dreaming of those pillows and comfy beds hehe Mahalo everyone, for a most wonderful time!

The staff here go above and beyond. Especially the valet team (Robert, Robin, Keith and Alvin). Amazing customer service at all times no matter the time of day. Also the Starbucks staff are excellent.

The best part of arriving at the Ala Moana Hotel is being greeted by the excellent valet staff. I stay at this hotel every few weeks and they make it a point to get to know you. I am always greeted by name with warm aloha. The team of valets- Robert, Keith, Robin and Alvin are true professionals with that extra local style of being welcoming and friendly. I know they treat everyone like this but they always make me feel special when I come to the Ala Moana Hotel.

Great staff. Everything you need in one hotel from stores to cafes and restaurants and simple short walk to open air mall with stores galore and food court so many choices. Will definitely be returning.
