AMAZING!!!- My wife and I went to Turtle Bay for the first time for 2 nights after spending a few days in Waikiki. We had no clue what to expect, but we loved it so much, we extended our trip to a third day. The new first floor and pool remodel is spectacular. We stayed in a remodeled room, with a spectacular ocean view. The views from anywhere on the resort are amazing. We ate on the property for most meals. The meals and drinks were a few dollars more than you would expect, but they were no more expensive then the prices for drinks and food in Waikiki or any other Hawaiian resort we've been to recently. The chocolate soufflé at the Beach House was not to be missed. We had some great morning walks over to Kewala Bay, where kayaking and SUP were going on. There was plenty of surf and snorking going on around the resort. There are a few recent reviews with customer service issues. The Hawaiian Islands are still opening back up from Covid. We've stayed at resorts this year on Maui, Oahu and the Big Island and they are all struggling with staff. Our only significant wait for anything was lunch one day. Not a big deal at all. A huge thank you to the staff at Turtle Bay for helping us have such an amazing experience at your hotel. You have gained two new customers. I promise, we will be back and we will recommend your resort to anyone that will listen.

I booked this trip for my family and I was amazed from the minute we stepped in and we’re warmly greeted by the wonderful staff. I really enjoyed the atmosphere the amount of effort that the staff put into every detail is just mind blowing. I’m from a place where I guess you could say not everyone is so warm. The resort provides so many eventful activities for your kid while the adults feel like their in a 5 star resort. I have been recommending Turtle Bay to my family and friends since. Huge shoutout to Hoku and Kalani really special people and make your stay feel genuinely relaxed and at ease.
