We had a rough start at the hotel (my daughters and I). The kamaaina rate was for a smaller room so I called front desk to get a bigger room. I had to pay the difference and was fine with that. So we went back down and got new keys. When we got to our new room after lugging our luggage we got to the room and the room was not cleaned. The carpet was littered and a little boys toy was on the counter. I called front desk and the manager came up with the keys for a new room. It didn't stop there. We got to the new room and the bathroom was not cleaned. The soap was open and used and the normal hotel bottles of shampoo and conditioners weren't there along with the bath mat. So again I called and they sent two room maids to clean the bathroom. We were told that the additional room upgrade would be taken off the room charges. Also housekeeping we called and they took an hour to get to us and they forgot to bring the toilet paper that we asked for. I had to call again in the morning. Last thing is we left our luggage at the hotel and picked them up before going to the airport. The two men their just standing around got our luggage and didn't help us to the car. I had my tip ready in hand. Oh well...

Love the hotel location but more importantly was impressed with the friendliness of the staff. From the front desk, concierge and finally the cleaning people; wow - what a great team. Only stayed at the hotel 4 nights and I never had any complaint. This will be my home for future travels and will recommend this to all my friends.
