What an amazing hotel. So clean, great food, excellent location, I can’t say enough about the staff. Super friendly and helpful. Our king suite was fantastic. Would highly recommend this location. Thank you so much.

Accusation of me, stealing a face towel is just one of the horrible incidents happen to me in this hotel . Since my checking, and the experience has been terrible. They disallowed my early check-in because I arrived early which is okay. ; the bell boy approach me with a cup of coffee and I thought it was a welcome drink ; and when I start to show my appreciation, he said the coffee is for himself and not for me! Which makes me extremely embarrassed. I shared this experience with the manager. She apologise and agreed to treat me a complimentary breakfast, but when I finished they handed me a bill and expect me to pay for it. When I checked out the receptionist called Alma told me a face towel is missing from my room I said I never took it, but she doesn’t believe me. I asked if she want to search my luggage and she say yes, there was another Swiss Traveler speaking up for me, he felt the hotel has treated me and unfairly and he said the face towel might possibly misplaced by room service, and it’s unfair to treat a costumer that way! I left the hotel with bitterness and anger.!

The location of the hotel is the best part. The hotel is completely soundproofed and the cleanliness in the rooms is mediocre. If you're lucky, the food from the kitchen even comes to your room on the 3rd floor. Only Spanish is spoken well. The food is generally spicy Mexican-American. I don't think anyone should ever train with the hotel staff. Have a good holiday !!

Very clean, comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet is small but definitely enough to start the day with the omelette station. The location is just perfect with great places to walk in every direction and so many beautiful beaches close by. Decks are small with only enough room for 1 chair and lighting is not great in the rooms but other than that no complaints! This is a great place to stay

We were originally booked at the Skippers Canadian Club next door (via AirBNB) and were thoroughly disappointed with the state of the hotel. Rooms were NOT as AirBNB described and the host Mario was difficult to deal with so we checked out promptly. Lucky for us the Holiday Inn was right next door and we checked in for a five night stay. The hotel rooms were cleaned each morning by super friendly staff (leaving us pillow art every day). We opted for the breakfast package and enjoyed fresh fruit, omelets, buffet, yogurt and grains each morning poolside. The view of the marina is beautiful while you laz around the pool enjoying Pina coladas. ???????? We enjoyed everything about our stay with the Holiday Inn, the great staff, comfortable room and enjoyable meals. A treasure to find after a horrible beginning to our honeymoon with the first hotel location. Thank you for a very pleasurable stay.
