Never fails, always great

This is our 7 time staying at here, and it is always great!! The staff are exceptional, variety of food choices and our room is always been good!! We have stayed at a variety of hotels in Huatuclo and all have been good. What keeps us coming back is the constant service and food and the amazing beaches and we live swimming in the ocean and this is the best hotel for that and snorkeling and water sports because of the bays. The water is so much calmer than any of the other hotels. We also enjoy how spread out the hotel is so your pocket of area is quiet, it’s not a big hotel of floors and floors of rooms. We love that we can walk and enjoy the vegetation around us. I know for for some this is a draw back but for us it’s a feature we love!!

Super friendly staff, great food and wonderful beaches. Wish it had been easier and economical to upgrade room with a better view as the garden area was under construction and closed. At night the outdoor spotlights blazed into our room so always had to have the curtains closed. Would have been nice to wake up to morning light and birds!
