The Andaz Maui is an absolutely magnificent and magical resort. So grateful to have spent an entire week at such a pristine and beautiful hotel that truly felt like home for a week. From the management staff, to the valet, to the housekeeping, to the pool/beach staff, to the spa and restaurants…you all truly rolled out the red carpet and were the icing on the cake to an unforgettable vacation. After staying at multiple luxury resorts across the country, the Andaz Maui makes the top of the list. This truly was our most favorite trip yet which is all because of your incredible hospitality and immaculate, beautiful, lush, and modern resort. The privacy and location of the resort coupled with the comfort and pristine cleanliness of the hotel makes this resort the ultimate luxury and comfort for relaxation. Our room had the most incredible view which is already missed dearly. Your entire staff was always so gracious in accepting our many requests to take photos. You all should work a side business in photography too because each and every photo taken of us was absolutely beautiful. Many of the staff wanted to be sure the lighting was just perfect. It’s the attention to fine detail which truly sets you all apart and very much above the rest. From the moment we arrived to the sad moment we departed, we were truly treated like royalty. Thank you all for making our stay so exceptional. You all live in such an incredible place and work at such an amazing hotel. Thank you all for being you and for going out of your way to make our lives so happy. We are very excited to return to make even more memories in the years to come. Service and hospitality unhelpful and rigid

We ordered Veuve to our room and asked for a strawberry or raspberry to be in each glass. The concierge and in room dining couldn’t be bothered to find any fruit on the property and refused to deliver the champagne with fruit but let us know there would be an inclusive tip charge.
We walked to the pool bar, asked and received fruit for our bottle of champagne. I don’t understand how a hundreds of million dollar hotel can tout itself as 5 star and charge thousands of dollars a night but not go out of their way to accommodate a simple fruit request for an anniversary champagne delivery.
I found the concierge, specifically Raquel, to be unhelpful, unaware and condescending. I would not stay here if you are accustomed to common sense hospitality. We will stay at the Four Seasons or Hotel Wailea going forward.
