6th Visit since 2007. Never again. Terrible service, run down facilities, lack of amenities!

This place has fallen so far in the past 14 years. This is my 6th visit and will be my last!
First of all, I'm not an "owner". I don't subscribe to timeshare theory and only come here because my in-laws have bought a bunch of them at this place. Never, ever would I pay money for a timeshare and my stay this week (I'm still here) highlights why it such a horrible waste of money.
Let's talk with the understaffing which shows in every possible area of your vacation here. The rooms are filthy at check in. For example, we had used soap bars in our shower and bathroom sinks plus the floors are sticky and so dirty that our feet are black by bedtime. Only 2/3 of the restaurants are open (and don't tell me you can't find staff because they are all open in Lahaina). The front desk is a mess especially with the obnoxious Hawaii check-in requirements. The grocery store on site has limited hours and is only partially open. The pool service starts around 11 am and ends at 5pm and they kick you out of the cabana's ($225/day) promptly at 5pm. I just got kicked out of ours at 5:05 with a pool attendant who showed up with a pool caddy, pointed to his watch and said it was time for us to leave (Management pro tip: teach basic customer service skills and review who was cleaning your pools on June 15, 2021). I could go on; it's not good.
Plus side, the pool waitresses were superb and the food we were served by the pool was great. Limited hours aside, the waitresses worked very hard as opposed to the rest of the pool staff that had the customer service skills of a summer rash.
The rooms have seen their day. The furniture is the same as it was back in 2007 and it is rode hard and put away wet. My college fraternity looked better back in the day.
I'm tired of writing.
I'm tired of being angry on this trip.
I'm deeply tired of this place and will never return.
If you're gullible enough to buy a timeshare here, you deserve what you get. If you're thinking about booking a vacation here, look elsewhere as it's a vast disappointment.
Not Ready For Primetime

We’ve been owners at the Westin 15 years, and happy to return post Covid. However, we found the resort struggling to keep up with demand: the bell service at checkin was atrocious, and check in itself was difficult and time consuming. Nor enough staff, long lines. The rooms are fairly well-maintained, but basic kitchen items weren’t stocked ( bowls etc). Management needs to get engaged to work on the level of service. A lovely property , a beautiful beach, but service slipping.
