Do yourself a favour and stay at this hotel downtown instead of at the budget places on Rogers Way. The check in process set the tone - friendly, quick and easy. Our King room was spacious and clean. You can sign into your Apple or other accounts to watch movies on the tv at no charge. There is an empty mini fridge for your use. Parking is only $15 and in a secured underground area, or there is a surface lot right beside the hotel if the underground happens to be full. The only negative is that hallway noise is easily transferred to the room, and there are a lot tour groups that congregate at the elevator greeting each other at 6:30 a.m. Cordo restaurant is worth a visit as well - we have had good breakfasts and lunches there. Will not stay anywhere else in Kamloops.

When we arrived it was after a long tiring day driving. Thelma greeted us and she was awesome! She checked us in, told us about all of the services of the hotel, from Cordo to the pool on the 2nd floor (and Thelma was right, it was incredible). She told us about Marriott Bonvoy and we signed up immediately. At our asking, she also recommended other places to check out as well. The room was big and quiet, as well the bed was very comfortable. Thelma was an excellent representative of of the hotel and made us feel very welcome. It was nice to see her smiling face when we checked in and out. We won't stay anywhere else when we are in Kamloops and will always check for a Delta Hotel by Marriott when we stay at other locations.

Cordo was a very welcoming restaurant. The menu had a good variety with excellent local drink options. My food was absolutely delicious and will definitely be returning the next time I am in Kamloops.

The hotel is lovely and plush and the reception area is warm and welcoming. There is a vibrant reception and bar area. The hotel is close to the park and waterfront which is about 10 minutes walk away. There are shops and restaurants around the hotel. The bedrooms are bright, clean and spacious.

We arrived here from the Rocky Mountaineer train. We were given keys to our rooms by the staff on the train. When we arrived at the hotel there was no need to check with the front desk. We went directly to our room. Fastest check in ever. Great service. Room was very comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer.
