The Grand never disappoints, from the staff on the phone, to being greeted on arrival, luggage assistance and the check in process. Staff you meet all around the hotel are friendly and say hello and ask if there's anything you need. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well presented. The hotel is located very centrally with easy access to all the shops and amenities, including the sports center. 100% recommend.
