Way too loud, bar plays over the top loud music outside even though there are no customers seated outside. Numerous requests fell on deaf ears to have outdoor speakers turn down or off. There is no longer any front desk staff at the Elderado only at Manteo next door so it seems they could care less. This was once the best in Kelowna, sadly those days are a thing of the past. Consider somewhere else to stay.
Hotel Eldorado Bar Okanagan 36C/96.8F Outside Bar…No Misters?.

We spent 3 hours in the baking Okanagan sun shine at the Hotel Eldorado bar outside patio at 36C or 96.8 F. We had to move twice because of heat and asked for the blinds to be lowered…low and behold it wasn’t till we were leaving misters came on out of the blue. I asked our server who’s brilliant idea was to turn on the misters and she replied the managers, he didn’t want them on earlier because it makes the tables wet….are you friggen kidden me??? This manager needs a tune up and replaced…when it’s 36C or 96.8 F on a patio with no wind or ventilation because of glass you need MISTERS at All TIMES….
