Great hotel

My partner and I stayed at Hilton at Resort World from 28th April - 3rd May. Everything about this hotel was great. The staff were friendly, the hotel rooms were comfortable, and the hotel was immaculate. There were always plenty taxis outside the hotel and everyone at the hotel were friendly. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.
Beautiful week long stay!

This hotel has mixed reviews and I really don’t know why, it’s stunning and location is great! Stayed here for a week celebrating my 30th birthday with friends. We had 2 rooms, unfortunately weren’t on the same floors and when I asked at check in they said hotel was fully booked so nothing they could do It’s so clean! Cleaners were literally walking around looking for things to clean, the fragrance is so refreshing in all areas of the hotel. The pool area is stunning, don’t pass on the Infinity pool Athena. You need to pay if you want a sunbed or cabana there but it’s free to swim in the infinity pool which we did. We also didn’t know you could take your own drinks round the pool! As long as they’re not in a see through glass/bottle you can take your own drinks which saved us a fortune. Highly recommend buying souvenir cups from Walgreens across the road and buy your own drinks. We found the staff search your bags on some days and others don’t, bit hit and miss. Food court was abit disappointing, most places were closed and not sure why. Guess it just isn’t busy enough Suns out buns out 10/10. Their sausage & egg McMuffins & orange juice are to die for Mulberry pizza have a deal for a slice and a pint of beer think it’s $13 again 10/10 Zouk nightclub in the hotel is so good! Get on guest list with a promoter for James Hype and girls get free drinks. You get your own fridge in the room, but no kettle/coffee maker. Buy your own collapsible one from Amazon and bring instant coffee sachets will save you a fortune in Starbucks. Walgreens right across the street, few liquor stores and souvenir stores really cheap. Ross is a US Tk maxx so many cheap designer bags and clothes in there! We hired a car using Enterprise which is a short walk to Sahara hotel. Really cheap, just make sure you request parking from reception before you pick the car up or it will charge you $40 every time you drive in or out. Only 2 issues they need to really work on is; 1) Check in was very, very long. No need, it’s a 5 Star hotel with 5 star prices they need more staff on reception. The staff we did speak to were lovely and appreciated our patience but Hilton need to pay attention to the reviews and look after their team! 2) All other big hotels on the strip offer complimentary drinks when you gamble in the casino. None of our group had any drinks whatsoever and we gambled roulette, blackjack and slots. Poor service and just very disappointing
