Reviews
If you dont have to, don’t
ramonak241 (Phoenix, Arizona) on Jun 24, 2022
Had to stay there due to convention being held there. Long lines for everything, most all restaurants closed, beyond expensive ($104 for 2 fish & chips and 2 cokes at the sports bar restaurant that was open and $6 for coffee at the bar), no coffee makers/microwave, irons, or blow dryers despite being called “suites”, pool filthy with wet garbage stuck to peeling concrete and rooms in badly need of not just updating but repair. Some rooms in our party didnt even have pillows! They were told, “sorry, we’re out.” What??? Resort fee of $45/day for no resort facilities. Homeless tent city nearby. Non-existent security, 2 young girls from our convention were approached in very unsavory and scary ways. Convention facilities were pretty decent. It’s my understanding Caesars has sold and this will be a tear down for Hyatt properties soon. Find somewhere else if you can.
Dance Competition Venue

With so many families attending the dance competition I only wish more of the restaurants were open; some closed, others open on staggered days. Overall we had a good stay and would visit again. Staff upgraded my stay and I was pleased with the room.
