Just went round w worthless managers. I got breakfast showing on reservation.
They said they don’t offer breakfast n that’s my diamond ?? credit ??????. The reservation says breakfast before knowing I’m diamond ??.
Doesn’t even have fridge.
I was thinking of throwing a few bucks at a bandit. No way am i giving them anymore $$.
If it wasn’t late n i wasn’t tired I’d be somewhere else right now!

DO NOT STAY AT THIS DIRTY, DINGY, DUSTY HOTEL. IT IS OLD AND DATED. THE CARPET IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING, STAINED REAL BAD AND AFTER SMOKING, THEY STOMP THE CIGARETTE ON THE FLOOR. IT STANKS SO BAD . IT SMELLS LIKE OLD MOLD AND MILDEW BASEMENT. I WILL NEVER, EVER IN MY LIFE STAY AT THIS DISGUSTING HOTEL EVER AGAIN. THEY NEED TO DEMOLITION IT!

Stayed one night here. Horrible experience. Rude staff. The room was dirty. Definitely not Doubletree Standards. Bartender made HORRIBLE martinis. Front desk refused to email me a receipt instead I had to call the Diamond desk, who they ignored as well.

Absolute worst hotel experience of my life. They gave me a bungalow room, which had mold in it, dirt in the bed, cigarette burns in the carpet, stains everywhere and no hot water. Wifi sucks. I would never stay here again. I believe they’re planning to knock this down and I would love to help.

If Trip advisor allowed 0 ratings, that is what I would have given. The room and service were each individually and collectively horrible. The room had no washcloths. For three days, I requested washcloths. Housekeeping verbally stated they would be forthcoming. They never arrived. I asked the cleaning ladies (3) and each indicated they had no washcloths. I went to the front desk and asked for washcloths. None were provided during my three night stay. As you can see from the pictures attached, there were cobwebs along the base of the bed. When you sat on the mattress, it sank about seven inches - meaning it had no actual support. It functioned like old foam. The television in the room did not function properly. This platform will not allow me to upload the video which reflects what was available on most of the channels - frozen specks of shows. The stain in the carpet is shown on one of the photos. The cabinetry was old and peeling. When I called the front desk, the phone rang for over seven minutes and no one bothered to answer. I finally gave up. The area in front of the ice machine had not been cleaned in months (or so it seems). It was grimy and sticky and had a sign nearby that was NEVER moved.
While I am aware that Bally's is tearing this structure down so, it seems patently unfair to allow unsuspecting customers to be subjected to the neglect that was shown throughout my visit. I have absolutely nothing positive to say about this hotel during this stay. I recommend customers find somewhere where they feel valued or appreciated.
