unprofessional and rude, no service mind

On the day of our arrival (5 days / 4 nights) our rental car which we parked at the hotel carpark was broken into. I informed the hotel security and asked if they could contact the policy department (since I have a rental car and a non native English speaker). The security officers refused and gave me a landline number to the local policy department. I was unable to reach the policy department by the given number. The car rental company advised me to file an online policy report (which I did). Two days later I asked the front desk if I could get a copy of the hotel security report. My request was answered by Mr. Noe Mexico (front desk staff) with the words "Its not my job" after asking him what the job of a front desk staff entails , he simply walked off. I have never encountered such poor and unethical behavior. I was a guest at the hotel and as a non native English speaker. Leaving guests "fighting" on their own does not show a lot of service mind or gratitude towards customers.

Easy check in and room was really nice. Great location for getting around all of Las Vegas. Great restaurants inside the hotel with access to food all through the night. The staff is always happy and ready to help.

MY FirstWedding Anniversary Get Away.

My Wife and I checked into the Hotel on Sunday afternoon 6/26/2022. the room was on the 21st floor and the carpet in the hall was so dirty and un kept, there was trash on the floor as you exited the elevator. We rested up and decided to go for a late lunch. to our surprise we did not have enough towels for MY Wife and i. called the house keeping department three times for some towels. finally, some arrived after 45minutes. I am aware of the work/manpower shortages; however, this unprofessional episode could have been avoided with proper communication to PAYING GUEST OF THE HOTEL. The drainage in the bathroom sink was unacceptable, and the flickering lights over the head of the Bed was reminiscent of an episode of POLTERGEIST. Room 21028. My Wife normally handles the travel arrangements, this being our first anniversary I wanted to show my worth on handling everything! we saved for trip sorry to say it was not what I expected! AWFUL EXPERIENCE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!

Excellent location

Nice hotel with all the convenient amenities. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, except for one lady who helped move us to another room. All the other staff members were very helpful and friendly, so she must have a rough day. Anyway, our room was vey nice, clean and quiet so we had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The hotel is conveniently located and easy access to public transportations. The hotel also allowed us to delay our checkout time to accommodate our late afternoon flight. We also tried the coffee shop for breakfast. The food was good and the coffee was pretty good too.

Just OK

The facilities were just ok. The ventilation in the casino was awful. They should either not allow smoking or do something to separate the drug addicted nicotine fiends from everyone else. The rooms were nice, but I had to go to the front desk twice just to get towels. There are much better places.
