Well where do I begin?so many complaints. If your unlucky enough to stay on the wrong side of the Hotel you walk thru a gauntlet of Timeshare sales hustlers why they allow this is beyond me. Everytime you enter or leave the elevator entrance area.Once you enter your room the carpets will most likely not have been vacumed. In our first room we had a stain with peeling paint in a section of the ceiling, the air conditioner sounded like a freight train .we had no coffee machine or refridgerator you must pay to upgrade unless staying in a suit. Now onto the pool, the supervision of the kids by staff was poor and we had some type of dirt under our nails after using the hot tub.We had breakfast at the restaurant at the cost of forty dollars and the service was still bad. By the third night i couldn't take it anymore and asked to speak to a manager.I spoke to Arturo Trinidad who was very professional, apologetic and issued us a one hundred dollar room credit and changed our room.
However i still would not recommend this Hotel.
Housekeeping steals- security is a joke
Aug 07, 2022
Requests toilet paper - instead housekeeping went through my bags and dresser drawers. Security didn’t take the situation. Seriously and refused to respond at first. Then when I requested to have vegas police respond they finally agreed to come up. The security guard did not take anything seriously. Never heard anything as a follow up. Aside from this the rooms are old and musty, as is the bulk of the the hotel/casino. Most staff I interacted with were pretty rude except the bartenders in the cabanas at the pool. The restaurants inside were never open for the hours they have posted or even that the staff said they’d be open. (Asked the steakhouse how late they took seatings for then they closed an hour early). Dont recommend unless you want your stuff rifled through and stolen.
