Stayed at the Rush Tower from July 19-22,2021. Took a shower after checking in and the tub would not drain. I called the maintenance to have it unclogged, and it took three calls before they got it flowing properly. They however left the tub full of footprints and slime and hair all over. When I returned to the room and found it, I called the maintenance number again and asked why nobody cleaned the room when they fixed the drain. No apology from them. They did clean it after a second phone call.
I have been a loyal customer for many years, but over the past three years, the quality of service has really dropped off.
I can't say that I can recommend staying here to anyone any longer. Too bad. they used to be great.

This used to be the best place to stay downtown. The elevators were broken the entire time. No fridge or microwave in room. Fan in bathroom didn't work so the room was moist and humid. The tub was covered in rust. No turn town service which is supposedly due to covid but that's a joke because the place is fully open and no one is wearing masks - yet still only 2 towels in the room. Then to top it off, the housekeepers were banging on the door and opening it an hour before check out. The only thing good about this place was the front desk service.
Not the fault of the hotel, but instead of performers on Fremont, the circles were filled with homeless people begging for money.
