The resort is absolutely incredible! The rooms are huge and you feel like you have your own personal spa in the bathrooms. The customer service is the best I have ever experienced! Each person working at the resort is truly interested in making your stay perfect and always will go the extra mile to ensure you’re satisfied. I can’t wait to go back!

Seldom have I felt so welcome! The pura vida spirit was strong at the Andaz! Gorgeous hotel and room and the staff was over the top welcoming. We had the best time making empanadas. All of the complimentary activities like paddle boarding and snorkeling were much appreciated too!

Everyone and everything at Andaz Papagayo were great! One of the best hotel experiences of my life. The people, the food, the hospitality were top notch from beginning to end. The little details made everything for us, they always wanted to provide more and make our experience very enjoyable. All restaurants staff from rio bhongo and chao pescado were so nice to us, and shared all of their recommendations with us. Front desk staff was always smiling and attentive. And lets not forget the bellmen which they were always there to help us. I thank them all for their kindness and hope to see them again.

Had a great experience at the hotel. Beautiful facilities, amazing staff and we were even able to check into our room at 7:30am after an overnight flight!! We especially enjoyed the staff including, but not limited to, Hector, Tio, Mango, and Steven at the pool, Gustavo in our mixology class, Carlotta at the spa guiding us in meditation and yoga, Edward, Juan Carlos, and Drovin serving us food and fantastic coffee drinks and the many others whose names escape me at the present.

It was our first time to Costa Rica. Our room at Andaz had a beautiful view. We were able to see many different animals walking around the property itself. The food was great. They are vegetarian friendly. Special thanks to Maurice, Diego, Juan Carlos for the hospitality. There were many other friendly staff members but I don't have all their names.
