This “resort” is not worth at all what they charge. The rooms are old, moldy, and gross. Beds are the most uncomfortable we’ve ever had at a hotel. The pools are freezing cold. The staff is rude and unhelpful. The kids slide has a high height limit so most kids under 5/6 aren’t even allowed to go down it. The beach is inaccessible. The food is overpriced and mediocre. Do not waste your money! Go up north to the Westin or south to the Hyatt, especially if you have kids!!

This was my first time to Hawaii ,we went for a wedding and this is the place it was at. I really do not have anything to compare it with, but it was a very nice experience. The Staff at check in and out were always very kind, friendly and very helpful. The bartenders at the beach bar could not have been nicer and very friendly . We had an amazing time here. I do have to say the staff at the restaurant for breakfast always seemed confused. If you wanted to sit outside you could only have 4 people, not 5 but 4. I think it could use an update on the rooms but the reception at the resort was great/
