Hotel keys expire in less than 12 hours. Staff does not address deficiency. Front door and desk staff show lack of compassion for issues resulting from hotel. Avoid this location and find lodging at competitor.

Customer service was very kind and helpful from the beginning, held our luggage for us as we arrived very early in the day and had events to attend prior to check in. Room was clean and comfortable, and the pool was gorgeous!
