This was the stay of my dreams!!!! First off the staff is incredible!! Todd at the hotel gold desk you are gold!!! Bree in the spa I miss you, you are so wonderful. All of the hotel gold staff you are fabulous !! Everyone made us feel so welcomed. The room we had was so beautiful , most comfortable beds ever. I miss everything about this hotel. Oh I can not forget the roof top pool and the gym both AWESOME!!! Thank you for the stay of our dreams we will be back

This is a great hotel in a convenient location. The hotel has recently been renovated and the facilities are 5-star. Service is excellent and the food was very good. The only issues I encountered were a few times I called “Royal Service” and there was no answer and I had to call back. I suggest hiring more phone attendants or getting an app for guests to use to message the staff. Four Seasons does this at many of their hotels and it works well. The other issue is the pool attendants seem to set things up at random times. While I was there, the setup time (towels, loungers, water, etc) varied anywhere from 9 to 11. It would be nice if things could be set up first thing in the morning for guests who enjoy an early swim. Overall a great stay. I look forward to returning.

The absolute best hotel experience I've ever received. I've been to other Fairmont hotels but this one is #1. The cleanliness, the incredibly comfortable beds, linens, pillows, duvets, the size of the room and most of all was the most excellent customer service from everyone with whom we dealt. We stayed for 12 days and were treated like royalty. I will definitely stay here every time I return to California. To all of the hotel staff at the Gold lounge, we adore you. To the valet team, thank you for always welcoming us with smiles, being so helpful and making our stay easy. To the manager, we are grateful for everything you did for us. You will definitely see us again. To Todd!!! You are such a kind, warm, gentle, fun, authentic, beautiful soul! We are thrilled we met you.

Concierge The whole staff and jeremiah went above and beyond for us in our stay here at Fairmont. We stayed for 2 weeks. And are already planning our next trip back here in 2 months with our whole family. Bringing them with us for this great experience we had here. Five stars highly recommend everybody is such sweethearts and they take great care of you. Best service we have ever had. They made our trip so memorable Thank you entire staff love Nikki and Mr cash. Love u all
