We've stayed at a lot of the Marriott properties around Disneyland. I am a Bonvoy Titanium Elite member.
This property is fantastic.
We have stayed at the Residence Inn the most, which shares the parking lot with the Springhill Suites. The front desk at the Residence Inn is NOT friendly, so we decided to give Springhill Suites a try.
The staff is over the top helpful and friendly. Any issue we had, they took care of quickly.
The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.
We will stay here again for sure.
Great location, helpful staff, comfy room - but very noisy!

Our family enjoyed 3 nights at this hotel for a long weekend at Disney. We were in a family suite and our two teens really appreciated each having their own bed.
There are lots of "Pros" for this hotel: The location is terrific. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very well done and really appreciated having some gluten free options to accommodate an allergy in our family. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable.
1. Walls and ceilings are paper thin - we had noisy neighbors next to and above us and it was like they were in our room with us. We could make out every word of conversations in the hall outside our room. Even the street noise was really loud. Not sure what the hotel could possibly do about any of that, but it is an issue when you're trying to sleep.
2. Breakfast ends at 9:30 which is on the early side for those not going to a park early and hoping to get some extra rest.
Very spacious rooms

We stayed here on a recent trip to disneyland and whilst the restaurants were not amazing the rooms and pool were fabulous. We felt really comfortable and very close to the parks and convention centres.
The best stay for our family Visiting Disneyland!

Staff goes above and beyond to please everyone. From the reception to amenities to breakfast to easiness SPECIALLY, if you have kids!
The breakfast every morning has plenty to please everyone.
The reception and welcome team is very helpful, guides you to their best choices on what you are looking for.
We needed a couple of mobility scooters and having so many companies available, it was hard to decide or to call last minute every single one and find out best deal but, staff at hotel made so easy to choose.
Mr. Joseph at the front desk was so helpful and pleasant, friendly and approachable. Thank you for the best stay in a hotel to visit Disneyland ! Thank you for taking such good care of my family. We’ll see you soon.
HOTEL ROOM BROKEN INTO/POOR MANAGEMENT…
Mar 04, 2022
You would think while visiting the happiest place on earth (Disneyland) with your family, you can trust that your personal belongings in the hotel room would be safe while you’re gone. Think again. While we were just two days into our trip, we requested that our room be serviced. That same day, we had over $1400 worth of personal items stolen out of our room, in addition to stolen credit cards which the perpetrator charged over $1200 worth of goods at a local Target. Our car keys were also stolen. The hotel would not even call the police for me to file a police report. I was instructed that if I wanted to file a police report, that I would have to call myself. This hotel has insufficient security measures in place. The hallways on each floor do not have cameras and there are no cameras at the stairwell exits. This hotel is an easy target.
After having brought this to the General Mangers attention, he was never sympathetic, apologetic, concerned or professional during the whole ordeal. It took him 24 hours to even call me to discuss the matter after he did an “investigation”. I should’ve been his first phone call the following morning recognizing the incident and providing me with information on what the steps would be moving forward. I was not his number one priority which is saddening. I never felt valued or heard as a Marriott guest/customer. The General Managers demeanor was cold and unprofessional. Being an Elite Bonvoy and Vistana property owner, I was astonished to say the least on how this whole ordeal was handled. To be honest the front desk staff were more accommodating and sympathetic then the General Manager (Daniel Kramer) ever was. The front desk staff (Lilly, Joseph and Victoria) were extremely concerned, professional and sympathetic about the whole ordeal when it was first brought to their attention that same day. Its saddening that this same professionalism was not recognized by the General Manager.
Having worked in the hotel industry myself for over 17 years, I understand and recognize the importance of always putting the guest needs first, always, no matter the incident that occurs. Even if the hotel is not liable for our stolen items, they can still be sympathetic, apologetic and accommodating when it comes to working with the guests needs or concerns during an incident of this magnitude. I would highly recommend not staying at this Marriott property. There are plenty of other hotel establishments in the Anaheim area that I’m sure will provide a much better customer service, security and a family stay experience.
