This hotel overall did not provide quality service to us by any means. The staff was not helpful or knowledgeable. We had issues with the climate control in our room and the engineer had no knowledge of fixing it. We weren’t offered solutions but rather had to keep complaining until we finally got a new room.
The pillows were so flat we each had 3 under our head but it still wasn’t enough support. We were not informed of cleaning service policy when we checked in so we had to call to request basic needs like toilet paper because our room wasn’t serviced until our last day after a total of 4 nights. We didn’t feel welcomed here and it was not what we would expect from a Hilton quality hotel.
The pool was beautiful but the water was too warm and the jacuzzi had broken jets. There is no hotel bar or restaurant besides free breakfast which was nice to have. Overall I would not recommend this hotel, I picked it because it was the top rated one in Anaheim on trip advisor. There are much better resorts in the area.
Great hotel minus the breakfast.

We had a great time staying at this hotel. The staff is amazing! My husband loved the easy access to the freeway. The bar is not open all the time. The only disappointment was the breakfast that was offered. I would stay here again for sure... but I'd bring my own food.
