Public areas may include hotel lobbies, meetings and events spaces, restaurants and bars, and fitness centers. This place gave preferential treatment to other customers and the only difference between them and myself was age and skin color. I don't want to think it had to do with either one of those but those were the only differences between myself and others. I was treated differently right in front of my face by the staff and manager, it was horrible.
