Overall very happy with this resort. The only comment is there was no reservation system for the a la carte restaurants, so at times we had to wait for over an hour for a free table! Food and entertainment was great.

Pros: The food at the steak house, Dozo and French restaurant were amazing. Buffet breakfast was also good, but dinner was not great at the buffet. We also enjoyed the nachos and tacos at Coco Loco. The evening shows were nice. Rooms were clean. Staff throughout the resort is very attentive.
Cons: The hotel allows guests to "reserve" pool chairs by placing literally anything on them. If you show up to the pool after breakfast, it is impossible to find a pool chair. I was also annoyed that you had to wait in hour long lines to eat at any restaurant when you're paying for an all inclusive trip. The only restaurant that takes reservations is the teppanyaki restaurant. We arrived on a Sunday and tried to make a reservation that same day. The only slot they had available was Thursday at 9 p.m. We made the reservation and when we showed up we were turned away and told they did not have our reservation in their system because we didn't have the tiny piece of paper they had given us when we made the reservation.
