Lovely stay

Shterni2014 (Brooklyn, New York) on Jun 21, 2021

We stayed at Nobu for an extended weekend and had an absolutely lovely stay. Nobu does hospitality like no other- all your needs are cared for with an ambassador throughout your visit- we were especially lucky to have Jazmin. She was attentive to our needs and went out of her way to assist us. The hotel is elegant and peaceful. Highly recommend for a trip to Cabo!

Gorgeous architecture, but it is the warmth of the staff that stands out

starryeyedinsf (san francisco) on Jun 21, 2021

Stayed in a Miyabi 2 bedroom suite with my family in mid-June. The resort didn’t seem very busy — perhaps around 50% occupancy. The architecture is gorgeous, with a minimal design that is warmed up by the use of wood and stone. The Miyabi suite has a huge and very comfortable living area, as well as a small kitchen nook. We combined it with an adjoining double queen room to make a large suite for the four of us. Plenty of balcony space, which was fortunate as it rained for 2 days while we were there! Unfortunately the room had some maintenance issues, from a broken shade to leaky sink to (the dealbreaker) ceiling leaks when it rained overnight. I spent quite a while with our personal concierge who was able to work with the managers to offer us an upgrade to adjoining beach front suites, which had their own pools as well as private beach access. As I told the kids, everyone makes mistakes, but it is how they remedy them that makes the difference, and here Nobu really stood out! I also want to give a shout out to our concierge Perla who went above and beyond to address all of these issues, and who made our stay so memorable. We also really enjoyed Pacific (underrated, in my opinion!) The food was generally above par for hotel food. When the pre-made sandwiches at Nobu cafe were a hit. Just don’t get the gluten-free muffin, which literally tasted like sand! We moved to the Viceroy for the second part of the trip but everyone agreed we like Nobu better. Can’t wait to return!
