Outdated area for families traveling with small children. Great place for adults traveling w/ no kids. Kids pool had no games or slides for kids. Activities for kids minimal. Hotel would not p/u or deliver clothes for laundry service, had to take/p/u at lobby.

To begin at checkin came to find out that my 7&9 year old had to pay for breakfast even thought we had payed for breakfast for my wife and I, to my knowledge form stays at other places kid eat free. Also the caracoles building where our room was located, was a long walk up/down stairs from all the amenities, you could call for a for a pick up but the wait was long due to shortage of equipment and and drivers. Breakfast menu need work coffee was bad.
