Very confusing on what was included in our all inclusive package. Everyone gave us different answers of what meals were included and what wasn’t. The room was not cleaned properly and the bathrooms had a urine scent. The food felt like it was the same everyday, and we chose to eat outside of the resort. There are no indoor bars that are open consistently. It was very hot and humid and there was not a lot of indoor space to enjoy the air. Mainly just our room.
All inclusive elite is the best!

thanks to all El Cid resorts Team, GREAT WORK! the all inclusive Elite Plan was the best option, La Concha sea food a la carte is delicious, I ordered Grilled Salmon, and pumpkin cream with shrimp!, room service excellent!
