Vacation Jamaica

When we arrived to hotel we were pleasantly surprised how nice the grounds were. The owner spent a lot of money and effort on outside of resort. However the rooms were underwhelming. Bathroom smelt moldy, the shower wall was flaking off while bathing. No mini bar in room, had to request mini fridge. It took two day to get a fridge for in my room. The hotel staff were all very professional and courteous. The buffet restaurant was well stocked at all time. Food was great but not always hot. The two ali-cart restaurants were only available at certain times of the day.

Just a heads up!

We had to wait 2 hours to check in our room because they had no rooms clean. They put us in the 1st room and it was horrible then waited for another one with a view of the Pool and the ocean which was great. We had 2 clean towels and 2 clean wash clothes for a 7 day trip, the toilet would not flush, we had no hot water to shower with the entire trip. breakfast lunch and dinner was the same everyday. Not great food. The entertainment was pretty bad. It was close to a lot of shopping, Starbucks and Margarittaville which was nice. Everyone was pleasant at the hotel except for people from the United States. They were there acting crazy and acting ghetto and loud and rude which I'm from the US it made us look bad so I did not want to associate myself with anybody from the US. I will not be staying there again

If I can provide a NEGATIVE amount of stars I would. I will not recommend this hotel/resort to anyone. Where can I begin..... Well when we got there to check in, we had to wait 3 hours for our room to be ready. When we got into our room, there weren't any towels for us to be able to shower after a long day of travel. When asked about towels we were told that the washer/dryer was broken and they were trying to get towels. After 4 additional hours, they brought 2 face and 2 bath towels to the room. The next morning, we went down for breakfast, the breakfast was okay with an omelet station and French toast with pancakes. This was literally what I ate EVERYDAY for breakfast, this was when they opened on time!! There were a massive amount of flies flying around the food. Therefore, we really didn't eat at the resort much. The entertainment at the resort was not planned properly and was very boring. At least 3 nights, I was in the bed for 9pm because it was nothing to do. The pool closed early nightly which is such a waste. We stayed at this resort for 6 days and 5 nights. Within this time period, we were lucky to have fresh towels 2 days. It was days we had to share separate ends of a bath towel for our showers. For our excursions that we planned, there were no beach towels available the ENTIRE TIME at the resort. There was another resort right next door which is their "sister" resort that had beach towels, however, we could not get beach towels from them as we were told that they were 2 separate resorts. But it was very mind boggling how they had towels, yet our resort did not and they are "sister resorts". The housekeepers did not really clean the room. All they did was make the bed, mop, and change trash. Because we went on the beach there was sand on the floor, this was Day 2 and when we left on Day 6, the sand was still there in the floor. It doesn't make sense to go to the front desk, as they are already aware of the situation and really care less to do anything about it. We had ants in our room. Both my significant other and myself have bites all over. Just disgusting. Online, it says that you will have a refrigerator stocked with alcohol and water. We did receive water daily, however there was no refrigerator in sight and the safe was busted and broken. There were stray cats all over the resort. My travel agent reached out on my behalf, they lied to her and told her that they would be doing certain things, I am back home and still awaiting those things. I would not recommend ANYONE to stay here. You will not get the customer service you deserve and that you think you are paying for. This could be the very last hotel/resort on Earth, I would do better sleeping on the street.

Mum daughter time

At the reception took awhile to check in, very hot and stuffy. But not hotels fault. We was taken to our room grand floor sea view right in front of the pool. Room was clean, shower, and toilet fine, tv in room, air con on. 2 bottles of water ready. Me and my daughter are fussy eaters but we always found something to eat. Entertainment was fun. Clean hotel, very friendly staff. Happy to help. Staff got used to us and when they see us walking to the bar had our drinks ready, sprite and coke ?? Spa was not open, but didn't really matter to us. When leaving hotel for walks they take your name and number. Making sure u come back lol. Definitely booking again. Only problem near end of our stay made cleaned our room and left us with no towels, I called reception Saif they get some, I ended up going to front desk asking again, said OK I get them, still nothing. In the morning had to go to the desk again.

We hired Zipp (Berly Lewis)for our excursions driver he was the best tour guide. He was very honest and patience with us.
