Thank you for an awesome week at your Resort Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall ,everything including the weather was fabulous our room had a magnificent view of the Caribbean Sea ,the beach and pools were fantastic and last but certainly not least the Food and Cocktails were outstanding

I haven't done a review for quite some time, but this resort was fantastic! The resortfairly small and is 2 in one with the Ziva side allowing children and the Zilara side being adults only. The business group that we went with occupied the entire resort so there were no children there. First of all the management is excellent. The grounds are pristine and the staff never misses a beat. Our room was a large suite with an ocean view with a cabana on the patio. The housekeeping crew kept everything super clean and organized including the free refills in the frig. The best thing about this trip were our 3 room butlers, Camoy, Jodi-ann, and Ricardo. They were always available and any request was done promptly with a smile. Reservations, suggestions for restaurants and activities, you named it, you got it They even drew us a surprise bubble bath with rose petals!! The rest of the staff was amazing as well, kind, efficient, and upbeat. I want to give a special shout out to Mavia, so kind and helpful. Erroll the bartender, Nathrica the best server, Rouchelle and Max also great servers. I wish I could list all the greats! The food was top notch, from the coffee shops to all of the restaurants. We especially enjoyed Petit Pariz, Di Roza, and Fuzion. Even the buffet was excellent. The weather was beautiful, my only complaint is that the pools aren't heated, but most of the time it was warm enough to swim. There was no fighting over cabanas or loungers and they even put clean sheets on the cabanas everyday! Such hard working staff. I know this is long winded, but I could go on and on. We have been to at least 20 all inclusive resorts. The Hyatt Ziva/Zilara is right at he top, mostly due to the funny, kind and wonderful Jamaican people!
