Great Montego Bay location, with excellent staff and choices for dining. Property was very clean and well kept. A great place for relaxing and enjoying some fun in the sun. Definitely would recommend.
Iberostar Rose Hall Grand, Just Retired ! Vacation!!

We arrived at the Rose Hall Grand on June 18th, 2022 , and returned home on the 29th! Having stayed at the Rose Hall Suites many times in the past I wasn't sure how I would feel about the Grand. WOW! What an amazing place! I will absolutely return! What or should I say who, made it really special for my family were a group of people in different areas of the hotel. We are Club members and the club lounge people check on us nightly to see if there was anything they could do for us. We ate in most every restaurant and also had a few meals at the Suits. We had wonderful service at the Brave restaurant from Vanya. She took care of all our needs and is always so friendly. The buffet at the Grand was wonderful didn't matter which one we ate at, all were great. Who made the Buffet outstanding? Kevin Taylor the Chef was there for any little thing we asked for! Special cheeses, a plate of Mango everyday, a morning greeting by name, and his great big smile, he made it extra special. Tenese, made my husband happy with a daily waffle, she would start one for him the minute we walked in and she would make me a crepe! Everyone from the hotess{Krisaino} to the servers were always so friendly and knew how many we had in our group without a prompt. The wonderful staff at the Club beach lounge were outstanding! I can't say enough about the team of Patrice, Davia, Tanya and Chef Kevin! They took care of all of us at the club beach area, from a friendly greeting to martini party, snacks at the beach fresh from the kitchen and even checking on us at the pool , making sure we had what we needed no matter where we chose to hang out. {including those kitchen snacks or cheese plates at the pool} They truly made us feel like VIP's . Our favorite restaurant was The Galleon. Amazing steak and service was on point. Teppanyaki was great, not salty as I expected. I had two massages and two different people. Both were great, but 3 of us had Nehera and she was the best I have ever had! I upgraded from the standard to hot stones and it was fantastic! Pool drink service was perfect and regular intervals, but the person deserving a special call-out was our pool server Jodian! So sweet, friendly and always checking on us. Leonard {the pool guy} took care of cleaning the pool, keeping it pristine and engaging in friendly chat with me every day! Theolyn at the pool hut works hard to keep the used towels cleaned up from around the pool area and always has fresh towels ready. Breanna from the hotel checked in on us frequently and made sure we were happy with everything. Our Butlers Knachall and Rushane were wonderful, I just wish we had the same team the whole time. Our Butler Rushane was switched to a different floor halfway through our stay and we really missed how attentive he was. He is newer and was really fabulous. There was one gentleman that really wove himself throughout our vacation making sure he checked in with us either in person or through Whats Ap. Monghaney, would check in every morning to say "Good Morning! Can I help with anything today?" and would find us at the pool , or beach daily in between taking care of many other quests. He always made sure we had our wines of choice at the restaurant we were dining at chilled and ready to go each evening. If we mentioned any little issue, he would make a call and fix it. He is kind, quiet and a real asset to the Club team and Iberostar in General. I can't tell you how many people said to us that they had met Monghaney and he had handled problems for them and made their vacation special as he did for us!!
