This is my third visit at this resort. Restaurants service this time is poor. Waiters, waitresses do not smile and look like they are happy to help Or check if guests need any additional assistance, top up water or if you ask for a drink you do not receive it. Disappointed coconut selling for $5 and if you pay with $10 you are told by seller, I do not have any change. Not sure why it’s called all inclusive when things are being sold and staff soliciting tip. No Splenda for people who prefer Splenda over equal. Some wait staff will let you know Diet Coke is not offered but yet there is Coke Zero in the room. Please educate wait staff on what is available for guests and how to offer good customer service to all customers. On our patio there is one chair for a couple to sit on, go figure.

How can we contact someone to find out if they offer a crib or a playpen for room? We are arriving on February 22, 2023 for 7 days and trying to decide if we should take our own playpen? We have 3 rooms booked as we are traveling with other family members. Toronto, Canada Thank You.
