Entertainment staff went above and beyond.Food was plentiful and tasty but if you was a fussy eater you might struggle.Only a small complex which we preferred as we thought it made it more personal. We booked our trips with tropical tours the lady was really helpful just in the lobby although we booked holiday with tui the reps never made themselves known to us.Big shout out to Kevin on the entertainment team.We visited nine miles which we thought was good and also did the river tubing and reggae hill for food then on to blue hole which was amazing big shout out to Darius who looked after us there.
Chill and relax.

The resort is kept clean, as are the rooms and beaches. Food is okay we could always find something to eat. The entertainment is a little dated. The biggest asset is the friendliness of all the staff they do make the holiday. Great if you just want to chill and relax.

This place and staff amazing so friendly food 7am till 2am can’t wait to go back 4 bays to choose from and 2 pools and nightclub every night. The security was high standard. The cottage staff cleaned every day fresh towels and bedding fridge was stocked up with water and red strip lemonade and Coke. Decameron was very clean.
Decameron Club Caribbean Runaway Bay

I wanted to share my experience during our recent stay at the Decameron Club Caribbean Runaway Bay in Jamaica. Overall, we had an excellent time. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. We appreciated the service and made it a point to tip during each meal. While the bungalows were somewhat dated, they were adequate and clean. The drinks at the bars, particularly the Amaretto Sours, were a highlight for me. However, I did notice that the hotel struggled with food service during busy weekends, although I was generally able to get what I requested. The beaches were beautiful and well-maintained, with seaweed being raked every morning. The pools, although small, were clean and regularly tested. The quiet pool could benefit from some updates. We enjoyed the free sailing and kayaking available on the beach, and there was a good variety of entertainment both day and night around the main pool. The Mediterranean and Oriental à la carte restaurants provided a nice change from the main buffet. Thank you for a memorable stay.
Beautiful sea view cottage and relaxed hotel

Just had 2 weeks at this picturesque hotel. We had a sea front cottage, and were blessed with the most stunning sunrises and sunsets. We enjoyed the Jetty Bar of an evening. The dining experience was ok, with a good variety of local style dishes. We did book into the al a carte restaurant twice and the food was great. The hotel was clean and our room cleaned everyday. The resort is undergoing some refurbishment with the Jasmine restaurant closed and some of the cottages being redecorated but this didn't impact on a great holiday. The staff were great. Special mention to the following staff, Mr White who served our coffee every morning with a warm welcome and a smile, Anton who kept the floors mopped beautifully and with pride. CJ the maintenance man who kept us entertained with his stories, the bar staff, Dino, Jerome, Lloyd and Don ray, who were attentive and conversational, not forgetting Karon who did a great job and special mention to Nedro, who kept our stretch of the beach immaculate every day. If you are a cat lover, there are plenty of kittens (well looked after) who will attach to you, and a very friendly dog, who we called Bob. If you want to travel out and about, would recommend Steve, one of the hotel drivers. He took us not only to the main attractions but also little places we would not have seen otherwise. All in all a great 2 weeks and I wouldn't hesitate to go back to Decameron and Runaway Bay.
