Bath tub was stained with yellow rings. No place to hang towels after use. Advertised restaurants that don't even exist in hotel. My bed slanted down at the head making my legs go up in the air as if I was sleeping in a recliner chair. The pillows were small and flat. The furniture looked as though a dog had been chewing on it and the room was small. The room had a very deep indentation or patched up hole in the floor by the bed that caused me to trip. I was charged $29 extra for breakfast which I agreed to but was told in the morning that they do not even serve breakfast. The ad advertises accessible parking but the only parking they had available was their parking garage which you had to pay for on a daily basis. Also restaurants they advertised as being in the hotel were also non existent. This hotel is rated as a 4* hotel my rating is a 2 1/2* motel.
Very disappointed! An arrest, no food service and a misinformed staff!

I stay at this hotel every year when I take my family to Disneyland. I am very organized and pre-plan everything for out annual trip. This hotel is usually great and has a shuttle stop for a buss that goes to Disneyland. I was there on June 3rd and it was horrible. It’s overrun with homeless people. Anaheim PD, ConventionCenter Police and Hilton Security we’re all there and a woman was arrested while we were there. I didn’t feel safe. I had called ahead several times to make sure food service was available in light of Covid. We were told 4 times by that breakfast would be served only to find out in the morning that there was no breakfast. The staff had us scan a marquee for an app to buy shuttle tickets…it’s the wrong app. Get the ATA app to buy your tickets. Also, I asked for a room close to the elevators since I have knee injury and I was not accommodated. My room was as far from the elevators as possible. The valet is closed so you have to self park. The convention center police were looking for someone with their lights flashing at 7am when the the bellhop and I went to put my things in my car. He left me at the car and the police stopped to see if I matched the description. When I went back to the lobby. A woman was being arrested. Disneyland is only serving food by preorder and reservation. Since the hotel was not serving breakfast and we Disneyland was booked for breakfast, mg family of 8 didn’t eat until our 1:30pm lunch reservation. This hotel recently reopened and is not ready to hosts guests at the level that one would expect from the Hilton. I sag ghat having enjoyed my many stays there in the past. Seriously, I do not recommend. Staying at this property.
