Stayed here for 4 nights. We had a great stay but the parking on Saturday night was a nightmare. They had no more self parking available when we returned at about 10:30 from getting ice cream. So we had to do valet parking and my husband waiting an hour to get a valet attendant to help him they were so busy and not enough spaces. They must have over booked or something. My husband looked out the window at 1am and our car was still not parked it was still in the lobby entrance. They charge 22 dollars a day for parking, but with that experience I feel like they should charge. Other than that it was good. No warm breakfast and no shuttles to the Disney parks.

Uncomfortable and slow service, low quality service. COVID and Understaffed was the reason given, response time was slow for service requests. Value for money is low. Equipment provided in room were broken.
