First of all the surroundings of the "Hotel" if it can be called that, they are completely disgusting, the ice machines do not work, the elevator does not work after 9:00 pm, in the room, the air conditioning drain remains inside when we got up, what we stepped on was the completely wet carpet and at night it just stinked like bulging in addition to that the air filter was disgusting, we all ended up sick with cyinositis. We were walking with my 5-year-old daughter who wanted to play and she damaged two changes of clothes as she fell into the pool of dirty water. I had to call for clean towels and personal effects and they only brought us 3 towels when we told him that we were 5 guests. The offer they gave me when choosing the hotel was CONTINENTAL breakfast when I went to get breakfast it was only a bottle of water a mini granola bar and a muffing. WHAT HAS THAT CONTINENTAL ??? Total despair, that instead of a hotel was more like a mousetrap.
I was surprised, and have booked to stay again

We had booked ahead of time through Priceline the day of arrival we got to the hotel to check in but the doors were locked and no one was up front. There was a sign that said please ring bell for assistance. We rang the bell several times with no answer. We even called the hotel with no answer as well. After 40 minutes of trying to figure where the front desk Person was to get checked in, we decided to call Priceline customer service. While calling there was multiple guest showing up trying to check in as well or trying to enter the hotel in general. Most people where locked out with no way to get their belongings or to rest. Priceline also tried calling with no answer and ended up processing us for a refund. We then spent the rest of the night trying to book a hotel last minute which is hard to do in Orlando since it is a hot spot. Definitely do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
It was just Average

It was ok...Bed was comfortable. But every day I was there, I had to go get our own towels, toilet paper and soap. AC worked well. We had to clean our own room. CONTINENTAL breakfast...nope! Its a small plastic wrapped snack and you get to choose from 3 different kinds and bottle water or coffee thats it. Pool was clean and Hot tub was good and hot kids enjoyed it. Would I return...probably not. Front desk Lady was so nice and very friendly.

Nothing out of the ordinary for an $89 room. It fit our simple needs. Front desk was nice during check in and checkout. Close to restaurants. Lots of parking. Restaurant inside hotel was closed so we can't rate that.
