Park attendance will be managed through a new park reservation system. To enter a park on a given day, both a park reservation for that day and a ticket valid for park admission on that day are required. After purchasing a ticket, the guest should visit www.StartYourDisneyExperience.com to create a profile (if you do not already have a profile), and, using the confirmation number that WestJet Vacations will provide, link the ticket to the profile and then make park reservations.

Children ages 3 to 12 can enjoy arts and crafts, watch Disney movies, play with a variety of toys, video and board games, and even make new friends! Never realized how much I would enjoy Club Level

We were there five nights with four adults and two under age six children. We sprung for Club Level and are we glad we did! We stayed on first floor Hawaii House with a glorious view of the beach and Lagoon. As busy as you are at Disney trying to have all the “fun” you can, having food and drinks available to you at almost all hours of the day was fantastic. Also, the Concierge services on the first floor of the Hawaii House were superb in every way. I give a special shout-out to Lawrence, who helped me arrange a birthday surprise for my son at a restaurant. All in all, a wonderful stay! And I give high fives to Housekeeping. They were friendly and serviced all our needs daily. One downside: when you arrive at the Polynesian, the valet/bell staff were our first encounter. C’mon guys, can’t you muster a smile and a greeting??!! I’ve never seen an unhappier group than these guys. And yep, no leis when we checked in. Polynesian, you failed to make a good first impression.
Wonderful Magical Stay for Spring Break

We stayed at the polynesian hotel for our one week spring break trip to Disney World in April. The hotel was absolutely lovely. The room was clean and we were even provided a microwave and bowls. It was a short walk to all the pools which were both really nice. We enjoyed the quiet pool (Polynesian East Pool) as well at the Lava pool and the kids water play area. It was a treat to sto by Pineapple Lanai for the soft serve. Loved the pineapple and easter vanilla flavors. Everything in the hotel room was clean and we were able to utilze the pathways to the Transportation and Ticket center for easy access to the Epcot and Magic Kingdom monorails. Would definitely stay here again for another trip to Disney World!
