The hallways and lobby are well maintained, but the rooms need to be completely updated. The sofa in our rm was dirty and worn out, the rm smell like mildew , and our tub had a permanent dirty ring in it.The complimentary breakfast was completely horrible. There was no variety of food to choose from. The beds are uncomfortable and small. This has to be the worst Marriott hotel I ever stay at. Please do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else!

We thought is Residence Inn by Marriott is worth for the money and we will have fun in this hotel and didn’t took other hotels for some$amount but was big mistake,the floor very stinky,Ac working very lout and on your face the elevator not very slow and small we used the stairs breakfast the worst some day no Toast and no Homefrise the liquid egg scrambler very soft no room service and is not worth for over$170 plus tax per night ,was our worst new year experience

Checked in at 1130 pm primary to sleep before checking in elsewhere. They gouged me for $16 to park for 8 hours. Won’t stay again at this Marriott. Complaint sent to Marriott. The room smelled too mold.

Very disappointed with my experience. As a bonvoy member as well as a former corporate Marriott manager , I have stayed at my fair share of Marriotts. This one was very disappointing. The front desk staff was less than welcoming for lack of better descriptions, I was hung up on twice while calling to request items, the shower looked used, I was put on the fifth floor all the way at the very end (when I asked why , associate was dismissive). It just wasn’t a good experience. I’m local and needed a room for the day and just expected more. I understand having an “off” day but it’s unfortunate that sometimes the guests get the short end of the stick.

Have stayed at this hotel many times over the years never had a problem hotel overall lovely. Checked in on 11th October for 28 nights holiday all prepaid as booked with British Airways was asked at check in to give a credit card for a holding fee of $250 for the duration of our stay queried this and was told that it would not be charged it was just a holding fee so therefore gave our card. Checked out on the 8th November our bill was nil at check out they gave us paperwork to confirm this. Thanked them and left, on return home on the 10th November was charged $250 dollars on credit card!!! Rang and spoke to Danielle on front desk on the 22nd November and was told this would be refunded and should not have been taken. Todate nothing refunded 3 weeks on. Absolutely disgusted with this this is totally wrong and is stealing!!! You pay for 4 weeks holiday in advance and then get charged this when told they would not. NEVER had this before Residence Inn we will take this further if not refunded people be warned
