Great new hotel

We spent 5 nights here. First off, it's brand new. Everything is clean and everyone was so friendly. The rooms were immaculate. I was able to do laundry. They have machines on 2 of the levels... 2 and 9 maybe... I used the ones on the 2nd floor. $4 for wash and another $4 to dry. A little steep. Bring your own detergent to save that expense. The food was great. They have a good selection for each time of day and we never got something we didn't like. We were actually quite surprised. Some meals we weren't as hungry so we just got a kids meal. Pool was very nice. Buses to city walk were on time and no issues. We were going to walk over to Stella Nova but never did, but there's a crosswalk you could if you wanted to. Parking is expensive. Wish they'd get rid of that extra expense.
Quite a few bumps in the road to say the least.

My family and I stayed 8 days/ 7 nights mid to late April 2025 and found the hotel to be quite nice and the room was fantastic overlooking Epic Universe in the distance. We had housekeeping service our room just once in the week we were there and even then we had to call to get it done. The food at the hotel was of decent quality but at a cost that made you remember where you were at. The menu is not that extensive for people staying a week as you run out of options quickly. Room card wouldn’t work in the parks and restaurants as we were told, even after adding nearly $1,000.00 to it causing major issues and confusion. The bus to Volcano Bay had us waiting nearly 2 hours and missing early entry and thus no good chair locations. Universal Super Shuttle never came to bring us back to the airport even though we confirmed and paid everything in advance causing us to pay $60 to get to the airport to catch our flight back home and then waste time trying to get refunded our money back from Mears Transportation and not Universal. Many complaints of the elevators being down and long waits, unsupervised children fooling with the carousal doors ended up breaking them for 5 outta 8 days. This is definitely a 2-3 star hotel at best. Only thing it’s got going for it is that it’s new and close to Epic Universe.
