Spacious room with a pretty view. Didn't have time to grab breakfast here but passed by and it looked great. Cute little stores downstairs and nearby in the area. Very convenient location; would definitely return if visiting the area again!

Recently visited for 15 nights, this has always been our go to hotel over many years and we’ve visited many times in the past but this was our first chance since Covid to visit Florida again. How things have changed. Breakfast is still good, Mickey Mouse waffles, eggs, sausage varieties but no fruit, ie, peaches,pears, strawberries etc, which used to available or donuts. Coffee used to be available all day but now only during breakfast. The rooms are now only cleaned every 3 days and you have to fill in a form requesting fresh towels, trash removal etc, I have never known this at any other hotel. The rooms need updating, had a smell, worn carpets and furniture. TV panel didn’t work or alarm clock so had to get maintenance who fixed TV panel but clock stopped working and TV again but really couldn’t be bothered contacting maintenance again! Only one lift working during most of our 15 night stay meaning you always had a long wait and we were on the 5th floor, otherwise would have walked the stairs! Pool area still good, nice pool, and hot tub (although the hot tub wasn’t working on some days). Although we still had a great time, the main thing which annoyed me was that we were supposed to be coming in October this year but had to change our dates and had got a rate $25 cheaper when I asked if they would honour same price, hotel refused and said the rate would be $25 more per night than what we would pay in October. Thought they would have honoured the original price bearing in mind we were returning customers over many years and were just changing the month but they weren’t interested, take it or go somewhere else. Decided to stick with what we know and pay the extra but now wish we’d tried somewhere else. Maybe time for a change when we come back to Florida again.
