This is a really tough review for me to write. The positives were just as strong as the negatives. I’ll start by saying that we had a late check in. When we arrived, (Past Midnight) our room was located in the second tower in the back. When we got to the room, the room was really dated and had an odd smell to it. I had some things that I wanted to put in the fridge but there wasn’t one. I was confused because on the room description on the website, it stated there were refrigerators. We went to the lobby to ask and the staff said that not all rooms have them. She offered to switch us to one that did. The new room was in tower one and was completely different. It smelled nice and was WAY more modern. There was also a refrigerator in the room. For the most part the halls seemed quiet. Especially at night. We only heard some noise when the dog in the next room would bark. It wasn’t really an issue. The noise from outside on the Highway could get bothersome to some. It’s right on a major highway and there’s a ton of businesses and traffic. Horns, car stereos, cars racing down the road and some police sirens. The constant Orlando Tour Helicopters zipping by too. Parking was an issue. At night, the lot would fill by around 10-11 and some would have to park in the back, make their own spots next to dividers or on the grass along the property. There were people bringing hitched fishing boats, a couple Uhauls and even a private owned Big Rig Truck without the trailer, all taking up multiple spots. The convenience of staying here was amazing though. Minutes to and from Disney. A really easy drive. There are local businesses within walking distance, but I wouldn't do that after dark. The cleanliness of the common areas seemed average. The staff was always welcoming and courteous. The in room bathroom was nice and the AC was good. The major issue with this place having a great low price and great location (accessibility) is the great low price and great location (accessibility). At times the crowd seemed to get a little rough. Especially at night. We felt lucky the way things turned out. Depending on if you'd get a room next to you with 6 kids in it or a group of partying 20 year olds and you’d probably wish you paid the extra money to stay on a Disney Property. But for us getting the newer room and ease of getting to and from Disney, I'm giving it 4 out of 5.
Easy one night

Comfortable and clean! Very helpful staff. Easy on and off the freeway. It was reasonably priced. I wish I’d had time to try the swimming pool in the lovely courtyard. There was a very full parking lot.
