Loved the Hard Rock hotel

Wwe stayed at the hard rock for the express passes and the early entry. it was very close to the parks. the staff was very helpful and knowledgable. the hotel was very nicely decorated for christmas. the front desk went above and beyond. Being able to text the front desk staff about any room issues or anything with the hotel was easy and helpful. i would recommend this hotel to anyone. we took the water taxi back and forth, the boat captain was very friendly and had his little pool bar act done perfectly everyday.. the kids liked having their old express pass made into guitar picks.
Hard Rock Hotel is a FANTASTIC Resort

I can't recommend the Hard Rock Hotel at Universal Orlando enough. While the price is high, you are 5 mins walking distance from the parks, early entry to the parks, Unlimited Express passes for the rides, pool is awesome, staff is super kind, and the lobby has that great hotel smell.
